Protecting and restoring the Koshi Tappu wetland ecosystem, a critical habitat for migratory birds and endangered species. Activities include invasive species removal, water quality monitoring, community-based conservation training, and eco-tourism development. Working with 12 buffer zone communities to balance conservation with livelihood needs.
