Our Mission

To advance economic empowerment of Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities through sustainable development practices, environmental stewardship, and participatory governance that respects traditional knowledge and promotes climate resilience. We are committed to creating pathways for communities to achieve self-determination while preserving their cultural heritage and natural resources. Our mission is rooted in the belief that sustainable development must be community-led, culturally appropriate, and environmentally responsible.

Our Vision

We envision a Nepal where Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities are empowered stewards of their territories, thriving through sustainable livelihoods while preserving biodiversity and cultural heritage for future generations. A nation where environmental conservation and economic development work in harmony, where traditional knowledge is valued alongside modern science, and where every community has the resources and capacity to shape their own sustainable future.
