Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple conservation projects
- Develop project proposals and budgets
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes
- Build relationships with community partners
- Report to management on program progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Development Studies, or related field
- 3+ years experience in program management
- Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali
- Experience working with rural communities
